When you think the design work is completed after that I will again send you a payment approval request link to your email to release the payment amount form there you just released the payment amount. FAQ 2 : How Do I Get The Designs?
When We complete the design, We will give you a watermark image of the design If you think the work is done then approved the design work then we will send the PSD,or AI Sourse file and other file as your requrement. It's Completely hassle free.
FAQ 3 : How to Refound?
You probably won't need to Refound. Because The payment will hold until you approved the work. When you approved the work after that I will send the payment approval request link to your email. From there just released the payment amount. If you still thinking about How I get Refound? then there is an option to cancel the payment request contact. If I cancel the Payment request contract then the payment will go back to your balance. So don't need to worry about the payment protection.
