Payment Policy
Our work policy requires clients to pay 50% of the total fee upfront before we begin any project. For projects under $50, full payment is required in advance.
This upfront payment shows you're serious about the project and helps us work together smoothly. Once the project is finished, we'll share the final work and you'll pay the remaining amount. This keeps things clear and fair for both sides.

FAQ 4: How Will I Receive My Completed Work?

Once we've completed the design, we'll send you a preview image with a watermark. If you're satisfied with it, just let us know. We'll then provide the editable source files (PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, etc.) as needed. If you prefer images of the design (PNG, JPEG, JPG), we can also deliver those.

FAQ 5: What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you’re not satisfied with our services, no problem at all! You can request a refund. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we'll handle your request with care – your satisfaction is our top priority.

Just a quick note: A small transaction fee may apply. We’ll deduct 20% to 30% as our service charge for each refund.
