Our work policy requires clients to pay half of the total fee before we begin a project. This upfront payment shows that the client is serious about the project, which helps us ensure a committed partnership. Once we complete the work, we will present it to the client, and the remaining balance will be due at that time. This approach fosters accountability and ensures that both parties are invested in the project’s success.

FAQ 4: How Will I Receive My Completed Work?

Once we've completed the design, we'll send you a preview image with a watermark. If you're satisfied with it, just let us know. We'll then provide the editable source files (PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, etc.) as needed. If you prefer images of the design (PNG, JPEG, JPG), we can also deliver those.

FAQ 5: What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you’re not satisfied with our services, no problem at all! You can request a refund. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we'll handle your request with care – your satisfaction is our top priority.

Just a quick note: A small transaction fee may apply. We’ll deduct 20% to 30% as our service charge for each refund.
